Service Description

After booking, you'll have the opportunity to tell SunnyJ a little more about why you're requesting the session. All sessions must be prepaid before the appointed time. You may reschedule up to 1 hour before the appointment. You may cancel the appointment up to 8 days before the appointed time. There are no refunds for late cancellations. Loyalty Tokens: You must be a FreeStar Pass holders or above to be able to redeem Loyalty Tokens for free minutes, sessions, shop discounts, and other random SunnyJ merch

Cancellation Policy

Process: Clients must provide an accurate phone number. Clients are encouraged to provide a mailing address. Without this information, SunnyJ will not be able to provide your requested service or booking. All calls and SMS from SunnyJ will come from a gateway number, 775 360 9844. SunnyJ will never ask for your personal information over the phone or in emails. We do not sell data. Cancellation: Appointments may be rescheduled as often as necessary. Cancel Appointment 8 days in advance. There are no refunds for late cancellations. However, they can be rescheduled up to one hour before the appointment.
